1. Introduction
1.1. This Risk Notification (hereinafter - "Notification") has been developed by LLC "JETUP" (hereinafter - "Company") in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia and is intended to inform users of the JETUP platform (hereinafter - "Platform") about the risks associated with using the Platform and carrying out investment activities through it.
1.2. The purpose of this Notification is to provide Platform users with information about potential risks associated with investing in projects placed on the Platform, as well as with the use of digital assets and blockchain technology.
1.3. Before starting to use the Platform and making any investments, the user is obliged to carefully read this Notification and assess their readiness to accept the described risks.
1.4. This Notification is not exhaustive and does not disclose information about all risks associated with investing and using the Platform. Additional risks not described in this Notification may arise during work with the Platform.

7.2. No Guarantees: JETUP Company does not give any guarantees regarding the future profitability or success of projects presented on the Platform. All investment decisions are made by users independently and at their own risk.
7.3. Responsibility for Decisions: Users bear full responsibility for their investment decisions and actions on the Platform. JETUP Company is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of using the Platform or investing in projects presented on it.
7.4. Diversification Recommendation: It is strongly recommended to diversify your investments and not invest in projects on the Platform more funds than you are prepared to lose.
7.5. Need for Own Analysis: Users are recommended to conduct their own analysis and research of projects before making investment decisions, not relying exclusively on information provided on the Platform.

7.8. Version Priority: In case of discrepancies between different language versions of this Notification, the English version takes precedence.
